I saw Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows tonight. It was alright. My favorite part was that it was set in a super, funky version of the 70s. But, this was one of those cases where the trailer gave away all of the remotely funny parts.
I saw it in a Drive-in theater.
Here is a Drive-in theater tip. Don’t see a movie you really care about at a Drive-in. There are a lot of distractions.

This is what you should do.
{send a postcard! because the post office has awesome aloha stamps right now. You won’t have to write hello on the postcard because the stamp does it for you!}
This is what my nails look like.
{There is no place that causes me more stress and anxiety than the mall. But, tonight my roommate and I drudged through the endless stores all selling the same colorful skinny jeans that is the mall. While, waiting for my roommate in Anthropologie I discovered the nail polish stand…and their SIXTEEN dollar nail polish has a tester! So, I proceeded to paint my nails at Anthro. When I got home I went to add an ‘accent nail’ and the tape I was using to get a perfect line, brought the store’s nail polish right off. So, plan B was just paint the nail blue. And there you have. I guess Karma? eh.}

{The Bicycle Thief, an old Italian film}
{I loved it. It’s about a poor man who needs his bicycle for job, and it’s stolen}
{So, he and his adorable son search for it…for the entire movie}
{Once I thought my bike was stolen, so I can relate}
{turns out I just forgot what bike rack I left it at}
—This is what I made for Easter!
{Step 1: Cut out the egg shape and the grass, leaving a tab of paper on the bottom of each}
{Step 2: color}
{Step 3: put a little bit of glue on the bottom of the egg on the front, and a little bit of glue on the back of the grass. (Not on the tab) Then press them together}
{Step 4: Fold the tab on the grass forward, and the tab on the egg backwards (so it stands up on its own}
{Step 5: Place them on the table. Making sure not to put the atheist and the evangelical next to each other}

{My Fair Lady}
{If you can get through the three hours, it is well worth it for the great outfits, songs, and Henry Higgens}
{Above is a scene of great hats}
